Nature walks VIC

Various locations around VIC.
- When
- 12 June –
We begin with a light stroll and then settle in a serene spot to chat and unwind. Feel free to bring along a picnic blanket, a drink, and some snacks to make the gathering even more relaxing. These walks are as much about connection as they are about finding stillness and peace.
Why Nature Walks?
Healing Environment
- Nature has a profound ability to calm our minds and heal our hearts. The tranquil scenery and the rhythmic pace of walking can help ease the weight of grief and bring a sense of peace and renewal.
Connection and Support
- These walks offer a supportive space where you can connect with others who understand your journey. Sharing stories, or simply walking in silence together, can create a deep sense of community and understanding.
Mindfulness and Refreshment
- Walking or sitting in nature encourages mindfulness, allowing you to be present in the moment. It’s a refreshing way to recharge and reconnect with yourself and the world around you.
Whether you are a parent, grandparent or sibling, these walks are open to all who have experienced the loss of a loved baby or child.
Come along and let the beauty of nature uplift your spirit. Feel free to bring a friend or come alone – you’ll be in good company.
*A gentle reminder: Our community events are not formal support groups, but rather a space for all to come together, no matter where you are on your journey. Whether you’re navigating childlessness, trying to conceive, currently pregnant, or simply seeking connection, everyone is welcome. We embrace the diversity of experiences and look forward to creating a warm, supportive space for all.
