Hello. Could anyone tell me how they found the 24 hour support line. Do you get to speak with a counsellor straight away? Are they trained counsellors? Thank you.

Hi there, Yes all of the people who work on the phone line are trained and you do get to speak to a qualified staff member from 9am to 5pm - ‘after hours’ (5pm to 9am) we have trained peer supporters working on the support line and there is also access to a qualified counsellor if needed.
