Online Support

‘After the death of my baby, it was a comfort to chat to someone who truly understood the depths of my grief – because they had been there before and come out the other side.’ – Sarah

Live Chat, Email and Facebook Groups

We offer three kinds of online support that you can access from your phone or computer:

Live Chat

If you don’t like talking on the phone, and prefer to type, sometimes ‘chatting’ online can help you. Our team are available 7pm-9pm (AEST) Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays via our chat service.

Email support

Sometimes writing your thoughts down can help you figure out how you feel. Sometimes it’s easier to find the time and privacy to send an email than it is to have a conversation out loud. Whatever your reason for seeking online support, when you email our support team you can expect a response that conveys the understanding and compassion that only another bereaved parent can provide.

Facebook groups

We moderate a number of ‘closed’ bereavement support Facebook groups where you can seek support and understanding from other bereaved parents across Australia. Anyone can see and request to be accepted into these groups, however anything you post in the group can only be seen by other members of the closed group.
